The GRESS-messen at NOVA Spektrum is approaching, and we look forward to meeting many customers and partners.

The fair is a key and highly regarded meeting place for players in the HORECA industry, where customers and suppliers come together for professional dialogue, inspiration, and new collaborations.

The GRESS-messen is a closed professional event for member companies and suppliers with a cooperation agreement with Gress Gruppen AS. In 2026, the fair will take place on Thursday, January 15, and is expected to attract up to 2,000 visitors. The event is held at NOVA Spektrum (formerly Norges Varemesse) and concludes with a banquet dinner.
